This is a Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking direction against Respondent seeking following prayers: "a) Issue a Writ in the nature of certiorari or Mandamus or such other appropriate writ or orders directing the Director General CRPF to decide the representation dated 27.05.2026 sympathetically and extend the transfer posting for 1 year while taking into account the medical condition of the wife of the petitioner.

b) Direct the Director General not to take any coercive action against the petitioner till decision of the representation dated 27.05.2026 is made out. c) Pass any such further order/order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

Issue Notice. Learned Counsel for the Respondents accepts Notice. 3.

The main grievance of the Petitioner in this Petition is that the Representation dated 27.05.2026 made by the Petitioner has not been decided by the Director General CRPF.
