By way of present petition filed under Section 482 C.P.C., the petitioner seeks following prayers:- a) modify the order dated 15.02.2023 passed by Ld: ASJ-08, West, Tis Hazari Courts, and set aside sub para (7) i.e. condition imposed in bail order against the applicant where in it is stated that "the accused shall remain away all times at a radius of 100 meters from the house of complainant" IN FIR No.370/2021, U/s 307 IPC, PS Ranjeet Nagar Delhi. b) grant permission to the applicant/accused to live in his ancestral property."

The petition is vehemently resisted by learned counsel for respondent No.2 who submits that though respondent No.2 has been examined, however, she is still under continuous threat. She further submits that after grant of bail, a fresh FIR has been registered against the present petitioner. It is informed that the only police witnesses are remained to be examined. 3.
