The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning a letter dated 27.03.2019 issued by the office of the Director General Prison, Prison Headquarters, Tihar, New Delhi whereby the petitioner's request for furlough was rejected.

The learned ASC has handed over a status report which indicates that the petitioner's case for furlough was considered and he was granted furlough from 18.07.2019 to 09.08.2019. In view of the above, the petitioner's grievance does not survive.

The petition is disposed of.
