This is an application filed by the respondent no.1 seeking release of the amount deposited by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent no.1 states that now that the writ petition has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2018, the amount deposited by the petitioner be released to the respondent no.1/workman.

Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent no.1 states that as per his instructions, the petitioner has already decided to implement the decision of this Court and they have released the dues of the respondent after deducting the amount deposited before this Court. 4.

Mr.Samar Singh, Dealing Assistant appears on behalf of the petitioner and prays for time to get instructions.
