O R D E R

% 31.05.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions as under:- a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ holding that the act of Respondents of providing lower honorarium/pay scale to the petitioner compare to that of the SPOs of Jammu and Kashmir is in violation of fundamental right of equality of the petitioner as enshrined under Article 14 and Article 16 of the Constitution of India;

b) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions directing the concerned Respondents to enhance the honorarium/pay scale of the petitioner in parlance with the honorarium/scale granted to the SPOs of Jammu and Kashmir vide its order dated 26.09.2018;

For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner has made representation dated 29.03.2019, AnneuxreP-7, however, till date, there is no response from the respondent no.1.

Keeping in view the averments made in the present petition and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby dispose of the present petition, directing the respondent no.1 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 29.03.2019 within four weeks from the receipt of this order.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
