Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks extension of interim bail granted vide order dated 20.10.2015.

Considering the medical reports of the petitioner and the status report filed by the State, the interim protection granted vide aforesaid order is extended for a period of ten days on the same terms and conditions as directed by this Court vide aforesaid order dated 20.10.2015. 3.

It is made clear that after expiry of the aforesaid period of ten days, the petitioner shall surrender before the jail authorities. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. 5.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties.

The Registry of this Court is directed to send a copy of this order to

the Jail Authorities for information.
