O R D E R

The present Application has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking Interim Bail for a period of four weeks to appear for his examination.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the exam schedule of the Applicant starts with effect from 18.06.2026 to 20.06.2026 for the 2nd Semester University Exams. It is further submitted on behalf of the Applicant that the exam schedule was received by the Applicant's parents on 15.06.2026 at 4:00 PM.

The Applicant is registered in the Bachelor of Arts ("B.A.") course in S.M.R.C.K. College, Bazar Samiti, Samastipur, Bihar-848104, and vide order dated 16.03.2026, this Court granted Interim Bail to the Applicant for a period of three weeks from the date of his release to enable him to appear for his B.A. examination. the examination schedule along with the present Application, which states that the 2nd Semester internal examination of 2026 Session is scheduled from 18.06.2026 to 20.06.2026.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the present case, the Applicant is granted Interim Bail to the Applicant for a period of ten days from the date of his release, subject to following conditions:

i. The Applicant shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent.

ii. The Applicant shall surrender his passport, and will not leave the country during this period.

iii. The Applicant shall also provide his mobile number to the Jail Superintendent, as well as Investigating Officer / S.H.O.

concerned, which shall be kept operational at all times. iv. The Applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity during the period of interim bail.

v. Upon expiry of period of suspension of sentence, the Appellant shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent. 5.

In view of the above, the present Application is allowed with the aforesaid directions.

In the event of there being any violation of the stipulated conditions, it would be open to the State to seek cancellation of the interim bail. 7.

A copy of the present Order shall be directly sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance through Special Messenger. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Copy of this Order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
