By virtue of the present application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.0207/2026 dated 03.04.2026 registered at PS.:

Vasant Kunj South, Delhi under Sections 115(2)/332(C)/324(5)/351(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS).

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an appropriate application seeking anticipatory bail before the learned Trial Court. 3.

Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
