The present review petition has been filed by the next friend of petitioner, namely, Mr. Sarvadaman Singh Oberoi seeking review of judgment and order dated 08.05.2024 passed by this Court in the present petition on the ground that the Court did not consider the decisions rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Kalabharati Advertising vs. Hemant Vimalnath Narichania : (2010) 9 SCC 437; Steel Authority of India Ltd. vs. Rameshwar Dass Bishen Dayal : 1995 (35) DRJ (DB) 135; S.P. Chengalvaraya Naidu (Dead) by L.Rs. vs. Jagannath (Dead) by L.Rs. and Ors. : (1994) 1 SCC 1; and S.P. The present review petition amounts to re-argue the case which is impermissible in law.

We find no ground to review the judgment and order dated 08.05.2024 passed in the writ petition. Accordingly, the present review petition is dismissed.
