This is a petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the petitioners seeking to quash the FIR No. 653/2024 dated 21.10.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Aman Vihar.
