This is a Writ Petition filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "(i). Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of prohibition restraining the respondents from forcibly dispossessing the petitioners and/or interfering in the peaceful actual physical possession of the petitioners and/or carrying out any demolition in respect of the property of the petitioners bearing plot no. S-39 & S-39/1 ad-measuring 1200 sq. yards, comprised in khasra no. 85 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

& 86/1, situated in the revenue estate of village Rajpur Khurd, Tehsil Mehrauli, New Delhi presently known as unauthorised colony of Hargovind Enclave, Rajpur Khurd, New Delhi-110068;

(ii). Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to first consider and decide the Petitioners' representation dated 28.04.2026 by passing a reasoned and speaking order after granting an effective opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners and thereafter to take steps, if any, strictly in accordance with law;

(iii). Pass any other order or order(s) as this Hon'ble Comi may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice" 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has brought to the notice of the Court the orders dated 19.09.2023 and 11.11.2025 passed by the Coordinate Benches of this Court. He submits that, subsequently, a notice dated 20.04.2026 was issued by the respondents, to which the petitioners have already replied vide reply dated 28.04.2026.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the DDA, who appears on advance notice, submits that they are ready to consider and decide the petitioners' reply/representation dated 28.04.2026 before taking any further steps.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 1, before taking any further steps or any coercive action against the subject property, Respondent No. 1 shall decide the petitioners'

representation/reply dated 28.04.2026 after granting the petitioners due opportunity of hearing and by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

Till then, no coercive action shall be taken. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
