The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Respondents to de-seal the property bearing No.N-556, JJ Colony Savda Ghevra, Delhi-110081.

It is stated that on 23.02.2024 some officials of the Respondent No.2/DUSIB along with policemen visited the house of the Petitioner and requested the Petitioner to vacate the property in question and told the Petitioner that she would be put back into the possession of the premises in question after sometime. It is stated that believing on the statements of the Officials, the Petitioner vacated the premises in question. It is stated that later on the premises in question was sealed. In view of the fact that there is nothing on record to show that the Petitioner was put to any kind of notice for asking the Petitioner to vacate the premises in question, this Court is inclined to allow the writ petition. 4.

The Respondents are directed to de-seal the premises in question forthwith and put the Petitioner back into the possession of the premises in question.

The writ petition is allowed. Pending applications, if any stand disposed of 6.
