O R D E R

By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 0162/2025, dated 22.04.2025, registered at Police Station Hari Nagar under Sections 3(5), 74, 79, and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ["BNS"].

Further to the order dated 11.03.2026, a status report dated 04.04.2026 has been handed over by Mr. Hitesh Vali, learned Additional CRL.M.C. 3075/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Public Prosecutor, which is taken on record. Paragraph 10 of the said status report reads as follows:

"10. After completing the investigation of the case, charge sheet for offence U/s 74/76/115(2)/351(2)/79/3(5) BNS has been prepared against the accused person Ankit Raj, Shwet Prakash Vidyarthi and Rajeev Kumar. Accused Priyam Kaushik was not charge sheeted due to pending of the present petition. Charges are not framed. NDOH is 25.05.2026."

Additionally, Mr. Vali, on instructions from SI Anup Rana, the Investigating Officer, submits that the investigation has also been completed qua the present petitioner, and a draft chargesheet has been prepared wherein the petitioner is proposed to be placed in Column No. 12.

In view of the above, Mr. Mohit Mathur, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, submits that he does not wish to press the present petition any further, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the learned Trial Court, in accordance with law. 5.

Mr. Sarthak Karol, learned Standing Counsel for the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, who was requested to represent the prosecutrix in the present petition, submits that the prosecutrix reserves her right to proceed in accordance with law, upon the filing of the final report/chargesheet before the learned Trial Court. 6.

In view of the above, the petition, alongwith pending application, is disposed of in terms of the above submission.
