This petition has been filed under Section 482 the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') seeking quashing of the Criminal Complaint bearing No. 59464/2019, titled M/s. Indusind Bank Ltd. v. M/s. Altelier Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., filed under Section 138 read with Sections 141 and 142 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (in short, 'N.I. Act'), as well as the summoning order dated 27.08.2019, whereby the petitioners have been summoned by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act)-02, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi to face trial for the said offences. 2.

The learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have amicably settled their inter se disputes. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a No Dues Certificate dated 28.12.2023 has been issued by the respondent with regard to the dues of the petitioners.

payment has been received and the respondent does not wish to pursue the complaint case any further.

Considering the settlement between the parties, I find that no useful purpose shall be served in continuing with the proceedings of the above mentioned Complaint Case and nothing survives therein. 5.

Keeping in view the above, the Criminal Complaint No. 59464/2019, titled M/s Indusind Bank Ltd. v M/s Atelier Automobiles Pvt Ltd. filed by the respondent under section 138 read with Section 141 and 142 of the N.I. Act as also the summoning order dated 27.8.2019 are quashed.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. The pending application is also disposed of as being rendered infructuous.
