Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that she is not pressing prayer (a) for the present. She states that at this juncture she would be satisfied with an order directing the Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal filed under Section 76 of the Registration Act in accordance with law.

The prayer being a reasonable one, this Court is inclined to accede to the request made by learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 3.
