Parties have executed Settlement Agreement dated 16th February, 2024 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, which is accompanied with Powers of Attorney and Board Resolutions in favour of authorised representative of Plaintiffs. 2.

Counsel for the parties, mentioned in the appearance above, confirm the terms of settlement and pray for the suit to be decreed in terms thereof. 3.

The Court has perused the said terms and finds the same to be lawful. 4.

Under the said Settlement Agreement, the Defendants have undertaken not to adopt any trademark that is either identical or deceptively The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. similar to the Plaintiff's registered trademark, which is the subject matter of the present suit. Further, in compliance of paragraph No. 6(c) of the said Settlement Agreement, Defendants have changed their company name from 'G2S Facilities Private Limited' to 'Integrated Corporate Sentinel Private Limited' and a new mark has also been adopted in pursuance to the settlement.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of the Plaintiffs and against the Defendant, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 16th February, 2024, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. 6.

In view of the fact that parties have arrived at a settlement, Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of full Court fees, in favour of the Plaintiff.
