% 19.06.2026 CM No. 39064/2026 (for exemption) 1.

Exemption is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

The Application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 8274/2026 & CM No.39063/2026 3.

The Petitioner has filed the present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking quashing and stay of the Termination Notice dated 21.05.2026 ("Impugned Notice") issued by the Respondent terminating the FTTH Partner Agreement signed between the Petitioner and the Respondent with effect from 25.06.2026.

4.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the right forum for challenging the termination of FTTH Partner Agreement is Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal ("TDSAT"). However, since the TDSAT is on vacation and there is no possibility to challenge the Impugned Notice prior to its re-opening after vacation, the Petitioner is seeking the limited relief of extension of the FTTH Partner Agreement for a period of one week.

6.

The Petition as well as the pending Application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
