The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking setting aside of the impugned order dated 12.05.2026 passed by the learned ASJ, SC-(POCSO), South-East, Saket Courts, New Delhi whereby the learned ASJ issued Non Bailable Warrants (hereinafter referred to as 'NBWs') against the Petitioner (hereinafter referred to as 'Applicant') on ground of his absence before the learned Trial Court. 3.
Issue notice.
