The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the suit petition (HMA No.1286/2016 captioned 'Anurag Tyagi v. Neha Kedia') be transferred from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saket Courts, New Delhi to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North-West, Delhi.

The petitioner states that the she has since shifted her residence and therefore for the sake of convenience, the suit may be transferred. This Court does not consider it apposite to transfer the said petition on the grounds as stated above.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The application also stands disposed of.
