Mr. Niraj Subhash has stated that the bank extended BG no. 009GT01241070001 on 12 Mar 2026 for a sum of Rs.22,58,85,987/- (Rupees Twenty Two Crore Fifty Eight Lakh Eighty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty SevenOnly) and the same is valid upto15 April 2028. The same has been issued at the instance of Shankaranarayana Constructions Pvt. Ltd., in favour of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court. He has identified the bank guarantee as Ex.BG/DH/2. The Ex.BG/DH/2 is found in order and the same is hereby accepted. Decree holder shall keep the BG alive during the pendency of the present proceedings. The banker has submitted his signed statement for extended bank guarantee along with photocopy of his employee id card virtually.
