Though, no one appears for the petitioner, however, with the assistance of learned APP and counsel for respondent No.2, I have gone through the records as well as the orders.

By way of present petition, the petitioner has sought to assail the order dated 09.11.2011 passed by Ld. M.M. in respect of FIR No. 191/2008 registered under Sections 408/420/120B at P.S. Connaught Place. It is averred that in the present case initially the petitioner was released on bail, however, later on an application filed by the complainant seeking cancellation, the order granting bail was recalled. The matter was listed before this Court on 13.02.2012 when noting the facts of the case and that charge-sheet stands filed, the operation of the impugned order was stayed. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 also points that the parties have been able to reach a settlement before the Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.
