Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the present writ petition seeking quashing of FIR no. 37/2024 registered at Police Station Ranhola, for offences punishable under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC') has been filed seeking quashing on merits. 2.

He states however parties have since entered into settlement agreement dated 11.02.2025 and he therefore has instruction to withdraw the present petition; as parties will file a fresh petition for seeking joint quashing on the basis of the settlement.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
