The petitioner in the instant petition prays for the following relief:- "(a) Allow the present Application and extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by six (6) months for completing the arbitration proceedings between the Petitioner and the Respondent pending adjudication before the Ld. Sole Arbitrator, Hon'ble Justice (Retd.) Ms.Indira Banerjee i.e., till 19.10.2025 or for such reasonable period of time, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and appropriate in the facts of the case."
