This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking the following reliefs:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to pass an order/writ of mandamus or of any other nature thereby directing the concerned police to provide adequate security to the petitioners.

Any other relief or remedy which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper, be also passed in favour of the petitioners, in the interest of justice."

matrimonial relationship. The marriage was solemnized on 28.04.2024. In support of the age proof as well as the marriage, Petitioners No.1 and 2 have annexed the copies of Aadhar Cards and the marriage certificate. All the aforesaid documents have been verified by the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court.

Petitioners No.1 and 2 are present in Court and are identified by the IO. They state that they both are major and have married out of their own free will.

Issue notice.

Learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the State and hands over a written document executed before the IO wherein the family members of Petitioners No.1 and 2 have undertaken not to create any problems in the lives of the Petitioners. Photocopy is handed over and is taken on record.

In view of the above, it is directed that the numbers of Beat Constable and the SHO will be provided to the Petitioners during the course of the day, on which they will be free to call in case any assistance is required. Needless to state that if and when any call is received by the concerned Beat Constable or the SHO, they will act promptly and render whatever assistance will be necessary.
