It is pointed out by learned counsel for the respondent that the arbitral proceedings with regard to which the present petition under Section 29 has been filed has been stayed by the Supreme Court vide order dated 21.07.2023 in SLP (Civil) Diary No.24116/2023. 3.

In view thereof, it is not possible to accede to the prayer made in the present petition. The same is accordingly, disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the instant petition or to file afresh, subject to outcome of the aforesaid SLP.
