This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking directions to be issued to respondent no. 1 to provide protection to the petitioners from respondent nos. 2-4.

It is stated that petitioner no. 1 got married to petitioner no. 2 on 23.04.2024. However, the family members and relatives of petitioner no. 2 started threatening the petitioner and family members of petition no. 1. 3.

Mr. Firoz, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have settled their disputes and respondent Nos. 2-4 have accepted the marriage of petitioner Nos. 1 and 2.
