After some arguments, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that he would like to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Competent Court after examination of public witnesses will be completed.

Permission and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 3.

Keeping in mind the age of the Petitioner who is 59 years of age, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the examination of public witnesses. 4.

The bail application is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
