O R D E R

% 03.07.2024 1.

The present bail application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking regular bail in FIR No. 121/2019 dated 16.04.2019, registered at Police Station Kirti Nagar, for offences under Sections 394/397/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that eleven witnesses have already been examined in the present matter and he is hopeful that the trial will conclude expeditiously.

In view of the same, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh if the trial does not conclude within the next six months. He also requests that directions be issued to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial.

20.04.2019. The learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the conclusion of trial.

The applicant is at liberty to file an application afresh in case the trial does not conclude within a period of six months from date.

The present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
