This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the Petitioner seeking the following reliefs: "a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order/direction and issue direction/s to the respondent no. 2 to 4 for providing 24x7 adequate security to the petitioner by keeping in view the imminent threat perception to the life The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and liberty of the petitioner from the members of Gogi gang;

b) Pass any further or such writ, order or direction in favor of the petitioner as may be decemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 5.

Issue notice.

Learned APP for the State appearing on advance notice, accepts notice and submits that the Petitioner has already been arrested in an extortion case and has been in judicial custody since 13.06.2026. 7.

It is further submitted that the aforesaid fact has not been disclosed by the Petitioner in the present writ petition.

Having considered the submissions made and the material placed on record, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner has failed to disclose material facts relevant for adjudication of the present petition. 9.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to exercise its discretionary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in favour of the Petitioner.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. Pending application, if any, stand disposed of.
