The petitioner has filed this application alleging non-compliance of order dated 07.05.2025, by which the captioned writ petition was disposed of with the following directions:

"6.

Having regard to this submission, the writ petition, along with the pending application, is disposed of with the following directions. (a) The petitioner will appear before the concerned SubDivisional Magistrate tomorrow i.e., 08.05.2025 at 11:30 a.m., with the required documents for correction of the OBC(NCL) certificate issued by the Tehsildar on 22.01.2025. Ms. Ahlawat states that two corrections required are: (i) correction of the certificate number of the earlier OBC(NCL) certificate dated 27.04.2010; and (ii) a clarification that the certificate is valid for the financial year 2024-2025.

The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

(b) The Sub-Divisional Magistrate is directed to issue the rectified certificate by Friday, i.e. 09.05.2025, subject to the required documents being produced by the petitioner. If any further documents are to be produced, the petitioner will be informed tomorrow, so that the documents can be produced by the petitioner in time.

(c) The rectified certificate will be furnished to the University and to Mrs. Ahlawat by Tuesday, i.e., 13.05.2025. The University will thereafter fix a date and time for the petitioner's interview."

The difficulty appears to be that the office of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate ['SDM'] has no facility for correction of the OBC (NCL) Certificate issued on 22.01.2025, as directed in Paragraph 6(a) of the aforesaid order.

Mr. N.K. Singh, learned counsel for the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, instructed by Mr. Manish Chandra Verma, SDM, Rohini, who is present via video conference, states that instead of a corrected certificate, the SDM will issue a clarificatory communication addressed to respondent No. 2 - Delhi Technology University ["University"] stating that:

(i) The OBC (NCL) certificate dated 22.01.2025 contains a typographical error in referencing the number of the petitioner's earlier OBC (NCL) certificate dated 27.04.2010. The correct certificate number of the said earlier certificate is "9531040906".

(ii) The OBC (NCL) certificate dated 22.01.2025 pertains to the financial year 2024-2025.

The application is disposed of with the direction that the SDM will issue the said clarification and hand it over to the petitioner by tomorrow, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

i.e. 16.05.2025. The petitioner will furnish the clarification to the University and to Mrs. Avnish Alhawat, learned Standing Counsel for the University, by 17.05.2025. The University will thereafter fix a date and time for the petitioner's interview.

Mr. N.K. Singh, learned counsel, who also appears for the University, states that a clarification to this effect will be sufficient for the University's purposes.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
