% 31.05.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondent bank to grant pensionary benefits to the petitioner. For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner has made representation dated 31.07.2018, however, till date, there is no response from the respondent bank.

In view of the submission made in the said petition and submission of counsel for the petitioner, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent bank to pass speaking order in order to take decision on the representation dated 31.07.2018 filed by the petitioner within four weeks from the receipt of this order.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may challenge the sme before the

appropriate forum.
