The Petitioner has approached this Court for quashing of the chargesheet dated 02.12.2021 filed in FIR No.200/2021, registered at Police Station Crime Branch for the offence punishable under Section 25 of the Arms Act.

Learned APP appearing for the State, at the outset, states that the matter is listed before the Trial Court for framing of charges on 03.10.2024. 3.

At this juncture, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions, including the contentions raised in this petition before the Trial Court at the time of argument on charge.
