% 26.08.2019 CRL.M.A. 34264/2019 (for extension of parole) The present application has been filed by the petitioner under section 482 Cr.P.C. for extension of parole granted vide order dated 03.07.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not file Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and she requires further time of 30 days for filing the same. Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned Additional Standing Counsel opposes the application and submits that sufficient time has already been granted to the petitioner to file the said SLP.

Heard.

In the interest of justice, parole granted to the petitioner is extended for a further period of 15 days, subject to the terms and conditions imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 03.07.2019.

Copy of the order be sent to SHO, Police Station-Mundka, Delhi and to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information. The application stands disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti, under the signature of the Court Master.
