The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers: - "a) Quash the FIR bearing No. 560/2024 registered at Police Station Vivek Vihar u/s 78/79/115(2)/351(2) OF Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and any proceedings emanating from the said FIR against the Petitioner; W.P.(CRL)-1459/2025 b) Pass any other or further relief/ order(s), which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in view of facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice."
