After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that after the order dated 16.05.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.8588/2015 of which the respondents are stated to be in contempt of, the respondents have taken a decision on 25.02.2020. 2.

She submits that by virtue of abovesaid decision, the respondents have decided to reject the case for allotment of alternative plot to the petitioner. 3.

She submits that though the decision is not strictly in consonance with the directions contained in the abovesaid order dated 16.05.2018, the petitioner now intends to challenge the same by filing a substantive petition. She, therefore, does not press the present contempt while reserving all her rights and contentions.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 5.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted to petitioner. 6.

All rights and contentions are reserved.
