The petitioner has moved applications in both the matters seeking withdrawal of the above said two contempt petitions. 2.

It has been informed that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and there is a divorce by mutual consent between the parties and the statement with respect to the Second Motion has also been recorded.

It is also informed that the house in question has also been vacated by the respondent Bobby Sen and the respondent has already received a sum of Rs.30 lacs in terms of the amicable settlement between the parties.
