Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per the Demarcation Report, the petitioner is in occupation of khasra Nos.976, 977, 978 and 979 and the property of DDA is 100 metres away from the property in question.

After making some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition but seeks liberty to avail other remedies as available in law.
