Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over the report of the Enforcement Inspector along with the photograph and the site plan in terms of the order dated 3rd February, 2016. The same are taken on record. 3.

The Enforcement Inspector has, in his report and attached site plan, identified the site of the petitioner which is marked as Mark A on the site plan marked as Ex.C1.

It is submitted that the petitioner can squat at the said site till the Town Vending Committee completes the exercise of determining his status/eligibility.

The petitioner, present in Court along with his counsel, accepts the site Mark A on the site plan Ex.C1 as an interim measure till the report of the Town Vending Committee.

The petition is disposed of in terms of the statements of the parties. Petitioner in CONT.CAS(C) 99/2016 shall squat at the site Mark A on the site plan Ex.C1 as an interim measure till the outcome of his application

pending before the Town Vending Committee.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
