O R D E R

% 22.10.2019 Pursuant to the order dated August 9, 2019, learned counsel for the respondent has produced before me an order dated October 1, 2019 which is a list approved by the competent authority, wherein names of 22 persons have been given who shall act as Arbitrators on behalf of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has pressed the name of Sh. K.B. Rajoria, Retired Engineer-in-Chief, PWD of the said order to be the Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes inter-se between the parties. Noting the same, this court directs the respondent to issue an order appointing Mr. K.B. Rajoria as a Sole Arbitrator within three weeks, who shall adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The fee of the Arbitrator shall be paid as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.

The petition stands disposed of.
