Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a common petition, clubbing four separate causes of action in respect of four petitioners, who claim to be squatting at different sites in the jurisdiction of the Respondent No.1/NDMC.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to refer different orders passed in respect of each of the four petitioners, creating a whole lot of confusion. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to file separate petitions in respect of each petitioner. Learned counsel shall ensure that there is no ambiguity in the pleadings and the documents that are enclosed with the petition(s) proposed to be filed, are confined to the petitioner alone.
3.
The present petition is disposed of with liberty granted as prayed for. HIMA KOHLI, J ASHA MENON, J AUGUST 07, 2019 ssn
