This is a Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for seeking a direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the production of Ms. 'J', being minor daughter of the Petitioner. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that fortunately, the minor daughter of the Petitioner has been traced today morning and produced before the Court.
