CRL.M.A. 20365/2025 WITHDRAWAL OF PRESENT PETITION. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition both parties have duly settled all their differences and have executed a Memorandum of Understanding dated 24.05.2025 and therefore, parties intent to file joint petition for quashing of the FIR. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw the present petition bearing Crl. M.C.No. 3756/2024 with liberty to file fresh petition for quashing. The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and Crl. M.C. 3756/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
