The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of appropriate writ for quashing and setting aside the impugned Closure Directions and Show Cause Notice, issued by respondent no. 2, dated 26th May, 2026. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the compensation amount has already been paid by the petitioner. 3.
However, learned counsel for respondent no. 2-Delhi Pollution Control Committee ("DPCC") submits that she has no instruction in that regard.

Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over to this Court, a document to show that the petitioner has already paid a Demand Draft of Rs. 2,40,000/- on 24th June, 2026 to the DPCC. She further submits that three (03) post-dated cheques of Rs. 1,20,000/- each dated 24th July, 2026, 24th August, 2026 and 24th September, 2026, have also been deposited with the DPCC. 6.
Accordingly, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that they may be allowed to make representation for restoration of electricity. 7.
Considering the submissions made before this Court, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a representation before the DPCC for the purpose of restoration of electricity.

Upon receipt of the representation by the petitioner, the same shall be duly considered by the respondent no. 2, in accordance with law. 9.
Consequently, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she does not wish to pursue the present petition any further. 10.
With the aforesaid directions, the present petition, along with pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
