The present petition under Sections 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:
"i. This Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to call for the record of the Session Case no. 7SC 867/2023 titled as "State vs. Rahul Sharma" pending adjudication before the Hon'ble Court of Shri Gagandeep Jindal, Ld. ASJ, SFTC (S-W) Dwarka Courts, Delhi, next listed on 28.05.2024.
ii. This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue notice to the Complainant, scrutinize and set aside! modify / revoke the order dated 02.04.2024 and the charge framed passed on dated 02.04.2024 in Session Case No. 7SC 867/2023 arising out of FIR No. 637/2023 registered at P.S. Bindapur titled as "State v. Rahul Sharma" pending adjudication before the Hon'ble Court of Ld.
