The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(4) and 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("Arbitration Act"), seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator appointed under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre ("DIAC"). 2.

It is submitted that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is expiring on 27th June, 2026, and that the matter is at the stage of final arguments. 3.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondents, who submits that he has no objection if the present petition is allowed.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a further period of six months from 27th June, 2026.
