Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have already arrived at a Settlement Agreement dated 21.01.2026 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC), and, thus, there is nothing surviving in the present petition. They confirm the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 21.01.2026 and identify the signatures of their respective clients.

This Court has perused the terms of Settlement Agreement dated 21.01.2026 as recorded inter se the petitioner and the respondent and finds them to be lawful. Thus, both petitioner and respondent shall remain bound by the terms of settlement as recorded in the aforesaid Settlement Agreement dated 21.01.2026.

Accordingly, in view of the above, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, is disposed of.
