CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN

% 21.04.2025 1.
Petitioners are defending a suit for permanent injunction and the challenge in the present petition is to orders dated 09.06.2022 and 31.01.2020 passed by the learned Trial Court.
2.
It seems that defendants were aggrieved by the grant of interim injunction and such order was also challenged by them by filing a Regular First Appeal before the concerned First Appellate Court. 3.
However, at the very outset, it has been informed by learned counsel for petitioners/defendants that present petition has become infructuous as the suit has been dismissed by the learned Trial Court on 13.02.2025. 4.
In view of the above statement made by Ms. Roopsi Sabharwal, learned counsel for petitioners/defendants, present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
