Counsel for the plaintiff submits that there is a formal defect in the suit. Hence, he wishes to withdraw the present suit with liberty to re-file the same. 2.

Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Upon re-filing of the suit, the plaintiff shall also have the liberty to adjust the court fees that has been filed in the present case.
