However, learned counsel for the petitioner has, at the very outset, drawn the attention of this Court to the compromise, which has already taken place between the parties in CM(M) 2795/2024. Copy of order dated 11.07.2024 passed in that case has also been shown. 3.
Petitioner herein is landlord and states that in terms of settlement, tenant has agreed to vacate the premises in question within eight months to be reckoned from 11.07.2024 and, therefore, in terms of settlement, petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition. 4.
In view of settlement between the parties, present petition is permitted to be withdrawn as not pressed.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
