% 23.10.2024 Learned APP for the State submits that the present petition has been filed for transfer of case titled as State vs. Ravi Kumar Chawla in criminal case no. 6680/2019 emanating out of FIR no. 95/2017 registered at PS: Crime (Women) Cell, Nanakpura. Learned APP submits that however the FIR no. 95/2017 registered at PS: Crime (Women) Cell, Nanakpura has been quashed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRL.M.C. 3201/2024 titled as Sh. Ravi Kumar Chawla vs. The State of NCT of Delhi vide Order dated 25.04.2024.
